Mastercard Cyber Secure provides Mastercard acquirers with access to cyber risk assessments of the public-facing internet properties of the merchants for whom they acquire transactions at various levels of detail depending on whether an account data compromise event is active. Merchants may request a copy of this assessment from their acquirer or from Mastercard by sending a request to cybersecure@mastercard.com. Mastercard honors internet standards such as robots.txt and applicable cybersecurity laws when collecting this information.
